Legal Marriage in Dubai

All nationalities can get legally married in the UAE. Non-Muslims can marry at the respective embassies or consulates of their home countries in the UAE, or even at a temple or church according to their religion. Some countries require their citizens to file an application of intention to marry at their embassy or consulate before the event. The marriage should also be registered in the embassies of both partners in the UAE. For an Islamic wedding, there is a separate list of criteria that needs to be met.
